Please take the time to review the options on this page before contacting our staff members. In order to process your requests and inquiries in the quickest, most accurate way, we have created specific paths of communication. If you have found an artist’s work that you especially like, we ask that you contact that artist directly. If for some reason you are having difficulty contacting the artist, e-mail us and we will have the artist contact you.
Submitting Information to be Put Online
Any information you would like to submit to the site, including Announcements, Opportunities, Educational Listings, Exhibition Listings (including shows by InLiquid member artists), should be submitted via e-mail to email@example.com. Please specify listings category in your subject line.
All GALLERY questions and correspondence should be directed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
IMPORTANT: When submitting announcements or information of any kind, please indicate the date the notice is to be removed; items submitted without this date included will be removed 1 month after posting, or, if an exhibition, upon exhibition closing date. Galleries submitting information and images on upcoming shows must send information to InLiquid no later than 10 days prior to opening date. Any accompanying images should be sent in digital format.
Information and announcements submitted for the Monthly newsletter (sent out on Thursday evenings) must be received no later than one week prior to intended distribution date to ensure inclusion.

Contributing Articles or Reviews
InLiquid welcomes fresh voices and ideas. If you are a writer and would like submit an article, interview, essay, or exhibition review for publication on the InLiquid site, we encourage you to send a query in the form of a letter or e-mail to email@example.com, accompanied by a writing sample. If we are interested, we will contact you with specific guidelines.
Correspondence that refers to any event that InLiquid is hosting or participating in should be directed to firstname.lastname@example.org. This includes inquiries about an event; the sending of forms, images, text, or work by an artist participating in an event; any correspondence toward the planning of the event.
Site Updates or Corrections – Current InLiquid Members
If you have corrections, changes or updates for the site, please complete one of the following downloadable forms. It is very important and helpful to have your requests in writing — it cuts down on information loss and mistakes. Site updates will not be completed without an accompanying Site Update form.
Please note InLiquid no longer does slide scanning. We only accept images digitally.

Change / Correction Form – If you are on the site and your page needs a change or a correction (e.g. a new address, correct a spelling, etc.), please use the e-mail email@example.com.
