Artist Bio

Mira Ramchandani was born in India and raised outside Philadelphia. She graduated from Pratt Institute with a BFA in Jewelry Design and went on to study at the Tyler School of Art where she received her Master’s in Metals/Jewelry/CAD-CAM.

Her latest collection titled Squaring Circles is a reflection on how people reconcile different facets of their identities and life experiences. Her pieces are carved from a block of wax and then cast in silver. For the settings she uses cubic zirconium and Swarovski crystal elements.
