Art for the Cash Poor 14 – Food Vendor Participation

Saturday June 8 & Sunday June 9, 2013, noon – 6 pm
InLiquid’s Art for the Cash Poor is an indoor/outdoor art festival and sale that draws nearly 5,000 attendees to the Crane Arts complex over a two-day period.

InLiquid is inviting selected food trucks to set up and directly sell food at the event.

How much does it cost to participate?
Food vendor fee is $54 per a day or $106 for both Saturday and Sunday combined.
Table or chair/s may be rented if needed for an additional cost $15 a table or $3 per a chair (please check off on the form if needed).

Set-up location
The food trucks will be set-up outside the main entrance to the building, a prime spot to catch everyone’s eye (please note there is no electrical outlets available).

What do we need from you?
Please let us know what type of food you will be selling, truck size (so we can block the right amount of space), and if you require any additional set-up (table or chairs).

If you are participating as a food vendor for the event, please submit this form no later than Monday, April 15, 2013, in order to be included in announcements and on the mailing.

  • Please fill out the form below. Please submit your logo and a short bio/description to be used for marketing purposes no later than Monday, April 21, 5 pm.

    Deadline for all fees are due Friday, May 2, 2014.

    All red * fields are required and must be entered before moving on (data might be lost if not filled in the first time).
  • All participation fees are due in full Friday, May 2. If you are paying with credit card a link for online payment will be sent to you. You are responsible for submitting your payment info no later than Friday, May 2. Failure to do so could result in your spot being given away.

  • Cancellations must be received by Monday, May 5 to be eligible for a refund, no exceptions. Participants will not be reimbursed for any participation fees after May 5, 2014, regardless of weather conditions.
