Greetings!

Once again, InLiquid will be hosting our Annual Silent Auction & Benefit v.14! This year’s event is extra special for us as we “Celebrate our Fifteenth Year.” This highly anticipated event will take place on February 8, 2014, and will feature fabulous art, gift certificates, design items, and jewelry from artists and local businesses alike. We invite you to be a part of our celebration and exhibition by supporting the community and the arts through a donation to this event. This is a great opportunity to boost your business in the slower season post holidays!!

This annual benefit is a major source of funds for InLiquid, a 501(c)(3) non-profit that supports and promotes visual artists while serving as a comprehensive hub of arts information. Our annual benefit continues to grow in popularity and attracts a diverse crowd of collectors, art lovers, artists, and professionals.

This event’s success relies greatly on support from the Greater Philadelphia regional community. We would be honored if you could help make our event successful by providing a tax-deductible contribution of food for the party and/or a gift certificate for the silent auction. I especially hope that you will consider being one of the select restaurants to offer samples of your cuisine to guests from a dedicated table at the party. This is a more visible means of contributing, not to mention a great promotional tool. Our benefit events are attended by over 1,000 people over the course of two days.

As a donor to InLiquid’s Benefit, your information will be included in our Press materials leading up to the event, on our online auction mini-site at InLiquid.org, and through our Social Media Network resources. Through our promotional resources prior to and after the event, the visibility of your donation will extend beyond auction attendees.

We must hear back from you by December 13th in order to be included in the printed invitation being mailed to over 5,000 people. Later submissions received by January 13th will be included in the press releases, event signage, and on the web.
