You will engage in an active process of self-exploration designed to help loosen attitudes and remove creative blocks to regain vitality and enthusiasm in your work and personal life. The process entails exercises and tasks that are designed to guide you slowly and safely to a heightened awareness of, and appreciation for, your particular gifts and challenges. Supportive group process.</p> <p>Stephanie has more than 20 years experience as a therapist and group leader.
