Hoffman Design Group’: Customer Care

Hoffman Design Group’s purpose is to leave people their environments in a better place than we found them. We do this by bringing horticultural elements into peoples’ spaces and connecting them with nature. We are currently seeking a motivated, highly organized, polished individual who is passionate about providing a high level of support to our clients and fellow staff.

Duties include receptionist tasks; resolving client issues and providing thorough follow-up to ensure satisfaction; maintaining a proactive customer care system; helping to develop and administer a marketing plan including social media; writing sales proposals for sales staff; tracking sales results; researching sales lead opportunities; ordering office supplies; other office assistance and support.



*Experience with and an aptitude for customer service
*Ability to remain calm and patient under pressure
*Polished phone and in-person demeanor
*Aptitude for prospecting sales leads
*Knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential
*High level of organization and self-motivation
*Minimum high school diploma or the equivalent
