Greg Kelly is an artist based in Philadelphia, PA. Kelly received his BFA in Painting from the University of Delaware in 1990, and an MA in Arts Education from the University of the Arts. Kelly has worked as a picture framer for over 35 years, including owning and operating Kelly & Weber Fine Art Gallery 201 in the Crane Arts Building from 2006-2010. Kelly maintains a studio practice making small scale abstract works out of his Fishtown home.
