Chasing Freedom: Migrant Caravan Portraits from documentary photographer Ada Trillo brings you face to face with the reality of the migrant crisis at the border. Trillo’s perspective as an artist, mother, and Mexican American creates portraits probing the human cost of the Central American diaspora motivated by destabilized economies.
At the Opening Reception on April 5th there will be and Artists Talk and Panel Discussion on the persistent issues surrounding immigration dialogue in the United States and the South and Central American diaspora.
Accompanying Trillo on the panel will be immigrant advocate, Christina Martinez, and award winning journalist, Sam Slovick.
