Performing in the breath-taking Saint Paul’s Episcopal Cathedral for their 32nd
year, the Mendelssohn Club Chorus will serve up a celebration of traditional and innovative seasonal carols that will be entertaining for your whole family. This year the chorus is pleased to be joined by organist Matthew Glandorf, Artistic Director of Choral Arts Society, and the Mendelssohn Brass, led by Eric Schweingruber, a frequent guest musician with The Philadelphia Orchestra. It’s always a sell-out, so get your tickets early for this warm and uplifting kick-off to
the holiday season. Tickets for children under twelve years old are only $15!

Mendelssohn Club of Philadelphia is one of the country’s oldest choruses, performing choral music to create a shared transcendent experience among its singers and audiences. Through the excellence of its adventurous performances, Mendelssohn Club advances the development of choral music as an art form.

Mendelssohn Club is a majority volunteer 501 C-3 nonprofit governed by a board of directors. The chorus is currently lead by conductor and Acting Artistic Director, John P. Leonard. Leonard is the Director of Choral Activities and Department Chair at the College of New Jersey.
