Levitation is an invisible idea, not a physical thing to photograph, but we need to photograph physical things to represent it. Definition of “levitate”—“to rise by virtue of lightness”. To levitate is also to drift, float, fly, hang, hover, rise, or soar. A broader, more abstract definition: uplifting, elevation, indicating motion, growth, floating, hopeful, spiritual, eminence, loftiness, surreal and inspirational.
