Conversations @ Moore

October 18, 2018 @ 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Event Navigation

Mark your calendars! As part of Moore’s ongoing Conversations @ Moore series, we are exploring the significance of Artist Residency programs. This lively panel discussion will consider the impact these opportunities represent for communities worldwide. This event is free and open to the public. For tickets and to register, visit moore.edu/artistresidency.

Hear from an international group of residency directors on what makes their program unique. Learn tips for researching, applying for, and funding opportunities – as well as how to maximize your experience. Panelists are from Rivet, Watermill Center, Santa Fe Art Institute, AIR Taipei Culture Foundation and Ox Bow School of Art and Artists’ Residency. Artist residencies are research and development labs for the arts with over 500 programs in the U.S and more than 1,500 internationally.
