Getting Your Work in The Public Eye: Panel Discussion
August 16, 2018 @ 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm
Featuring: Linda Dubin Garfield, Rachel Zimmerman, Sandi Neiman Lovitz, Thom Duffy
Event Navigation

An alternative exhibition space is a space other than a traditional commercial venue used for the public exhibition of artwork. Often comprising a place converted from another use, such as a store front, warehouse, or factory space, it is then made into an exhibition space for use by an individual or group of artists. Given that many for-profit traditional galleries have closed, new options are popping up. Come hear from people involved in the local art scene and find out how to get your art into the public eye.
Featuring:
Thom Duffy, independent curator
Sandi Lovitz, artist at Art Expo
Rachel Zimmerman, founder of InLiquid
Adam Lovitz, member at Tiger Strikes Asteroid
Linda Dubin Garfield, founder of smart business consulting
