Nancy Margolis Gallery is pleased to announce an upcoming group exhibition, I Dare! | Dare I?, featuring work by Anne Canfield, Gregory Hayes, Aubrey Levinthal, and Melodie Provenzano. The show will be on view January 11 – February 10, 2018, with an opening reception on Thursday, January 11 from 6pm to 8pm.

Many artists think about trying something new, yet do not do it. The theme of this group exhibition is to challenge each of the four artists to try something artistically that is not comfortable for them. Will the outcome be a disaster, or might it be a critical step in advancing their direction? The four participating artists have prepared a small number of original paintings that reflect fresh thinking and a new process or theme.
