Curated by Emi Finkelstein, PhD student in the History of Art and Architecture, University of Pittsburgh

Silver Eye is happy to introduce Channel Silver Eye, a Micro Cinema screening series. Our debut screening is curated by Emi Finkelstein, and will present three films by female artists: Mona Hatoum’s Measures of Distance, Shigeko Kubota’s My Father, and Hito Steyerl’s Lovely Andrea. Each of these films focus around notions of loss and materiality in different manners. Emi will introduce the program, and there will be time for a question and answer session after the screening.

Registration required.
