The Monmouth Museum is planning to reopen the Main Gallery, the Nilson Gallery, and the Wonder Wing on Saturday, June 5th! Hours will be Wednesdays through Sundays from 10am to 4pm with reservations required.
The Main Gallery opening exhibit is by an accomplished NJ-based artist, Arlene Mollow and the Nilson Gallery opening exhibit is by one of our NJ Emerging Artists, Natalia Pas. We are launching a new system with timed entry and online reservations, as well as digital memberships. Members will receive an email later this week with additional details.
Additionally, in an effort to keep visitors and staff as safe as possible, Monmouth Museum has installed an iWave air purifier in their facility’s HVAC system. The purifier emits ions at a level that will properly kill viruses, bacteria and mold, and other pathogens, neutralizing airborne particles of the flu and COVID-19. They have also taken steps to upgrade their bathrooms, with many auto/touchless features and sanitizer stations have been placed throughout the Museum
They are hopeful that this, along with other safety precautions put in place will allow you to safely enjoy access to art and culture at the Museum once again (Monmouth Museum missed you all)!
