NOYES MUSEUM GALLERIES, STOCKTON’S KRAMER HALL, HAMMONTON, N.J.
HAMMONTON, N.J. – The Noyes Museum of Art of Stockton University at Kramer Hall presents the DRIVING WHILE BLACK EXHIBITION, on view from February 23 through May 26, 2019. Visit the galleries to see this exhibition exploring African American history through the lens of the freedom of movement. Offering visitors the perspective of the African American experience, the story is told through the visual arts, literature, poetry, artifacts and oral histories. The exhibition provides historical references, contemporary conversations, and opportunities for civil dialogue and discourse. The Opening Reception on Third Thursday, March 21, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., offers views of this exciting new exhibition, and visitors can meet the artists, enjoy live music, light fare, and refreshments.
