Join the Office of Arts, Culture and the Creative Economy and the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority for a lunchtime Percent for Art 60 Panel Discussion on Thursday, November 7 from 12:00-1:00 p.m. The panel discussion will celebrate the final day of the Percent for Art at 60 exhibition on display at the Center for Architecture + Design.
Meet leaders of the City’s and PRA’s Public Art Programs as well as a four past and present Percent for Art artists as they discuss the historical impact of public art in the community as well as how public art intersects with their studio practices.
Panelists include Percent for Art artists Miguel Horn, Leroy Johnson, Stacy Levy, and Shelley Spector. The discussion will be moderated by Margot Berg, Public Art Director and Gregory Heller, Executive Director of the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority.
Attendees are welcome to bring a brown bag lunch to this free event.
