PPC ABOLITION NOW! Artist Talk and Bookmaking Workshop
People’s Paper Co-op
Monday, August 5, 6:30-8pm

The People’s Paper Co-op (PPC) is a women led, women focused, women powered art and advocacy project at the Village of Arts and Humanities. Join us in hearing personal stories and experiences from the women of People’s Paper Co-op and then create your own journal in a fun and engaging bookmaking activity using paper made out of criminal records. Afterwards, share your own thoughts in a story circle about transformation.

Artwork by People’s Paper Co-op is on view as part of ABOLITION NOW!, running from now until August 30.
