Roman Ondák plays with ideas of relocation, representation, and the duplication of experience to shift and sharpen the viewer’s attention to everyday life. As a continuation of our commitment to answering the Advisory Council’s question, “Are we sufficiently bored?” Temple Contemporary will be performing this 2005 work of people simply standing in line, presumably waiting for nothing, throughout Rittenhouse Square.
