Bridgette Mayer Gallery is delighted to announce Rebecca Rutstein's upcoming solo exhibition this Fall.

Rebecca Rutstein has been working on All The Stars In The Sea, her tenth solo show with Bridgette Mayer Gallery, since 2023. The exhibition includes new large- and small-scale paintings, including a sculptural installation and the series 30 Days: Chronicling a Voyage at Sea, which was created during her latest deep sea expedition on the Atlantis Research Vessel and dive in the Alvin submersible last April. Rutstein shared,

"Returning from my eighth research expedition at sea as an artist in residence and third dive in a submersible to the ocean floor, I am once again awed by the interconnectedness of the natural world and the smallness of being human. It's been the privilege of my life to have these opportunities and my passion to create and share work inspired by these experiences."

All The Stars In The Sea will be on view from Tuesday, September 3 to Saturday, October 19th at the Bridgette Mayer Gallery. On Friday, September 6th, we are excited to host an Artist Talk at Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts, with a Reception & Happy Hour to follow at the Gallery.
