Joseph Opshinsky wins Best in Show!

Joseph Opshinsky‘s collage, “Tamaqua View,” was selected as Best in Show at the 17th Annual Scenes of the Schuylkill Art Show presented by the Schuylkill River Greenways NHA and hosted by the Walk In Art Center in Schuylkill Haven, PA. The show remains up through Saturday, November 13, 2021.
