Introductory Cut Paper Workshop: Flowers and Posies
This workshops runs 3 hours and fees include supplies [for use in class]. Snacks [fruit, cheese, coffee/ tea] are also provided with after hours ‘social time’ in the garden. Courses are offered in both English and Spanish.
Cut Paper and Assemblage Class: The Abstract with Henry Bermudez
Working with the concepts of contemporary abstract art, this workshop will utilize compositions that address geometry in art with a view to eliminating borders. Using methods for cut paper and assemblage construction, your work will be in free form with attention to the use of color, depth and shadow.

This year’s juror, Syd Carpenter, invited artists and craftspeople to submit work in all media that reference the land, the transience of the body, and the skill of the maker.
