This workshops runs 3 hours and fees include supplies [for use in class]. Snacks [fruit, cheese, coffee/ tea] are also provided with after hours ‘social time’ in the garden. Courses are offered in both English and Spanish.
Working with the concepts of contemporary abstract art, this workshop will utilize compositions that address geometry in art with a view to eliminating borders. Using methods for cut paper and assemblage construction, your work will be in free form with attention to the use of color, depth and shadow.
Woodmere’s annual juried exhibition highlights contemporary work in a wide variety of media by artists living within fifty miles of the Museum.
