Open Call for InLiquid Artists
Join InLiquid in celebrating 25 years at the Off the Wall Gallery at Dirty Frank's.
InLiquid will take over the Off the Wall Gallery for a juried exhibition. The call is open to all InLiquid Artist Members. The work submitted will be juried by Togo Travalia, Off the Wall Gallery Manager, and Jody Sweitzer, Off the Wall Gallery Curator.
Off the Wall Gallery is located at 13th and Pine inside the bar Dirty Frank’s. One of the city’s longest-running alternative spaces, Dirty Frank’s Off the Wall Gallery, has been exhibiting the work of local artists since 1979.

Submission Criteria:
- Must be an active InLiquid Artist Member
- 2D artwork must be wired and ready to hang. Works on paper must be framed.
- 2D artwork must not exceed 36" in combined dimensions (height+width)
- There is a space for 3D works. 3D works must be able to fit within their case 36 in wide by 33 in deep, 5 ft high.
- You can submit up to five (5) works
- Must include an image list
- Finished edge dimensions
- Fair Market Value
- Two sentences about your work
Things to consider when submitting your artwork. Dirty Frank’s is a bar, so the submitted works should be chosen with that in mind regarding their fragility. Works exhibited should be wired and ready to hang.
Their sweet spot for art sales is $275 - $550. This does not mean the work submitted cannot be higher priced.
Commission rate: 60% to the artist, 40% to InLiquid and Dirty Frank’s for marketing and promotion
Exhibition and critical dates:
The exhibition runs from July 25 to September 20, 2024
Submission Deadline: Thursday, June 27, 12 pm
Notification of Selection: Monday, July 8
Dropoff at Dirty Frank’s: Saturday, July 20, 10 am - 12 pm

Installation happens on July 20
Exhibition opens: Thursday, July 25
Opening Reception: Thursday, July 25, 7 - 10 pm
