9th Annual Light & Creativity Workshop 2019

This year’s Harrisburg Camera Club’s 2019 Light and Creativity Photographic Workshop will be held on Saturday June 8th.

Last year, the Harrisburg Camera Club had a record attendance of 151 photographers at the workshop. Due to space constraints this year they are only accepting 150 participants. This year’s speakers are Paula Chamlee, Mark Bowie, Penelope Taylor, and from South Carolina outstanding Fine Art B&W photographer and printer Kevin Holliday.

My artwork talks quietly about the underlying significance of the domestic sphere on artist production. It argues for the relevance of craft, specifically ceramics and fiber arts, by creating a conversation between the two mediums. Displaying a fascination with the way fiber marks clay, my ceramics exhibit just how subtle those marks can be.
