Art of Survival call for submissions! (San Francisco, CA)

This Deadline Expired: Wednesday, July 4, 2018

Art of Survival is a pop up art show to showcase art related to sexual assault + consent. In the spirit of the #metoo campaign, we stand as a community in solidarity with survivors of sexual assault, harassment, and violence.

The show will be at 111 Minna Gallery in San Francisco on August 4th. All of the proceeds from pieces sold will go towards benefiting anti-rape organizations in the Bay Area. This is the second installment of Art of Survival, and the first one which happened in December raised over $5000 for SFWAR and La Casa de las Madres.

We are looking for artists with art that contains feminist / anti-rape / pro-survivor / pro-consent themes in their work. Artists can submit between 1-5 pieces to be displayed, and all of the pieces will be part of a silent auction to raise money for Bay Area anti-rape organizations. There is no entry fee.

If you have a piece ready to submit, please fill out this form: https://goo.gl/forms/DsegPAhOyyPoDY5y2.
