ARTIST STUDIO SPACE FOR RENT – LOOM BUILDING

We have a studio space available located on the 3rd floor of the North building. There are three spaces total in the unit and we share our own private washroom located just outside the space. All spaces include a shared entry area with a microwave, mini-fridge, and coffee maker.
The space is approximately 560 square feet with hardwood floors (no welding or other fire hazards). It has plenty of light and is divided by 8’ sheetrock walls and 14’ ceilings.
The building is very secure with a security code box for entry, the elevator has a security key to gain access to each floor, plus a key to access the 3rd-floor door off the elevator. The building has ample on street parking.
Asking $350/month. Price includes monthly rent, heat, electric, water, use and occupancy tax and common area maintenance. Please email amberstreetart@gmail.com for additional information and showings.
