Asian Arts Initiative – Community Craft and Art Fair Vendors Needed

This Deadline Expired: Monday, November 13, 2017

Asian Arts Initiative is delighted to host another Community Craft and Art Fair, holiday arts and crafts fair on Saturday, December 9th from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm, taking place on the third-floor building at 1219 Vine Street. This event is free and open to the public and will feature original artwork and an array of handmade goods for sale–just in time for the holiday season! The Community Craft and Art Fair is the destination to find unique gifts for the loved ones on your holiday shopping list and support Asian American artists, makers, and students in our Youth Arts Workshop! The event will also feature youth friendly holiday-themed activities and light refreshments will be served.

Deadline for Table Application/Registration is November 13, 2017! There is $40 Table Fee.
This is the only Asian American-focused holiday fair in Philadelphia. It will be an excellent opportunity
to see and purchase works by local artists. Each vendor will get a six-foot table to display artwork and
goods. Vendors may request and reserve an extra table by paying a supplemental fee. Vendors must arrive
by 10:00am to set up. Each vendor is responsible for staffing his/her/their own table during the fair, which
is open for a VIP event from 11:00am-12:00pm and open to the public from 12:00pm to 4:00pm. Sharing
tables is allowed–we ask that you indicate the name(s) of all vendors on this application form if you plan
to share a table.
