Wanderlife Gallery, a new gallery in South Philadelphia, is currently seeking photography submissions for a spring juried exhibition entitled “Place” opening on April 25nd. Photographs will be on display until June 8th.

The concept of Place is wide and varied. Place could be a location, a feeling, or somewhere that doesn’t exist at all. It could be the town where you live, a country you’ve visited, a city street, or the visual interpretation of how you feel in the comfort of your own home. Artists are invited to demonstrate their interpretation of Place through photography. While all types of photographs will be considered, preference will be given to film or alternative processes.

Artists may submit up to 8 jpg images (300dpi), along with a brief artist statement, a description of each submitted work, and a resume to images@wanderlife.world. Exhibited work can be up to 20”x20”.

There is no application fee.

DATES
o Artists will be notified by e-mail of decisions by Sunday, March 31, 2019.
o Confirmation by accepted artists and commitment to show work will be required by Sunday, April 7, 2019.
