Trillo’s photographs have been featured in several major press outlets - and was recently selected Best Series in the Black and White International Awards. She studied in Italy and Philadelphia, and her work has been shown in solo, and group exhibitions. Trillo lectures at conferences and universities, regarding women’s issues and human trafficking. Ellen Rosenholtz’s graphite on paper series explores native flora and fauna of New Jersey. The work looks at the profound beauty of natural forms as it exists within animals and plants. The multiplicity of images underscore the interconnection of living systems, while geometric patterning enable the viewer to identify each of the species through repetition of form.
