Call for Artists: lilt

Philadelphia Sculptors, in collaboration with the Noyes Museum of Art Stockton University, invites artists working in three dimensions to submit works for their upcoming exhibition lilt, to take place from October 20, 2022 – January 19, 2023. Artists are encouraged to submit works that have rhythm and flow and elicit spirit and cheer, or in other ways respond to the title. There are no restrictions as to content, style, medium or form. Interdisciplinary artworks, as well as submissions that include relevant audio components are encouraged. The exhibition will take place in Kramer Hall in Hammonton, NJ, with artworks to be sited in two indoor galleries and a grassy area outdoors. Jurors will be Brittany Webb, the inaugural Evelyn and Will Kaplan Curator of Twentieth-Century Art and the John Rhoden Collection at PAFA, and T.K. Smith, writer and researcher pursuing doctoral work in the History of American Civilization program at the University of Delaware. There is no application fee, but all applicants need to be current members of Philadelphia Sculptors or the Noyes Museum to be eligible to apply. A total of $350 in cash awards will be distributed.
