Call for Artists: Magickal Beasts, Mystical Byways

Deja 42 Art Gallery is seeking artists who would like to present their work in the upcoming August/September exhibition, Magickal Beasts, Mystical Byways. Creators working in all media (painting, photography, sculpture, drawing, mixed media, ceramics, textile, et al.) are welcome. Works should reflect the realm of the fantastic: artistic interpretations of chimerical creatures and cryptozoology, all manners of myths, legends, and folklore, stories of the supernatural, landscapes of infinite imagination. All media will receive due and equitable consideration.
The deadline for submission is Wednesday, August 4th, 2021.
Accepted artists will be notified by Friday, August 6th, 2021. Gallery-ready pieces must be delivered to the Gallery before, but absolutely no later than Friday, August 13th, 2021. A $21 fee is required for up to three different artworks submitted.  Detailed images of submitted works may also be included. It is preferable that artworks are for sale.
Deja 42 Art Gallery retains a 40% commission on all sold artwork.
The opening reception will be Saturday, August 14th, 2021.
Artists should include contact information, artwork title, media, and dimensions with their submission. Submissions can be sent to deja42artgallery@gmail.com.
