Philadelphia-based or -rooted animators are invited to show work at the Sixth Annual Philadelphia Independents Animation Festival at The Plastic Club.

How to format and submit your work

Send an email to info@plasticclub.org requesting a Dropbox and include the following information:

Artist Name(s)

Studio Name (if any)

Location

Web site (if any) and brief bio

Title, running time, and file size of each video

[Shared one evening screening, so please try to keep running time to 15 minutes or
less for all your videos combined.]

There are two options for delivering the file to us.
If your video is downloadable, send us the details.
Alternatively, you may upload your video to our Dropbox. In your email, request a Dropbox folder for your entries. We’ll create one and send you the link.

File format: They strongly suggest the following parameters for ease of handling and smoothest
submission process:

File size: 500MB or less preferred, 1GB maximum

Compression: H.264

Wrapper: MP4 or MOV

Image dimensions: 1080p vertical resolution

Filename: LastnameFirstinitial_Title

They will do their best to confirm participation ASAP. The official program will be announced on or
about February 11.
The screening wraps up with a Q&A session, followed by a reception.
