One For All is a 501c3 nonprofit arts organization whose mission is to provide quality, affordable resources to low income artists and communities. One For All provides a shared art studio space for low income professional artists, and affordable art classes for the Philadelphia community. In addition, One For All curates professional art exhibitions in our gallery space.
The Fine Arts Intern will assist in operating the Gallery space, in addition to assisting with community art classes, and the shared studio space. The Fine Arts Intern will pose as the Studio Manager for short periods of time and help keep track of our studio inventory. The Fine Arts Intern will assist in organizing community art classes by creating promotional art, updating the website, and sending emails to students enrolled. The opportunity to teach a community art class will be available to the Intern if interested, and will always be able to assist in classes. The Fine Arts Intern will help set up and take down our Gallery Exhibitions, in addition to organizing exhibiting artist information.

Responsibilities: Listed below are responsibilities the Intern may be assisting with:

Gallery
-Assist with set up and take down. Tasks may include but are not limited to : painting and sparkling walls, hanging and taking down artwork, sweeping and mopping gallery floors.
-Help review artist submission packets, and assist with sending out notification/status emails.
-Add exhibiting artists emails to One For All’s mail-chimp account and keep track of exhibiting artists spreadsheets.
-Assist in creating exhibition promotional artwork and descriptions.
-Assist with updating One For All website to keep up with exhibitions and events.
Community Art Classes
-Assist with community art classes with potential to lead a community class.
Shared Studio Space
-Serve as Studio Manager occasionally and assist with keeping track of inventory.

Qualifications: The Fine Arts Intern candidate must be currently attending a College or University and be majoring in Fine Art or another Arts Major. This candidate must have studio arts experience, with some teaching experience preferred. The Fine Arts Intern candidate will also be expected to complete a Volunteer Background Check.
