InLiquid is Now Hiring: Art Concierge at Park Towne Place

The Park Towne Place Art Concierge will be the on-site coordinator for all exhibitions and special events held in the complex’s gallery spaces and offsite locations. The position will be overseen and managed by InLiquid in coordination with Aimco’s Operations and Communications team initially 10-15 hours per week.
The Art Concierge responsibilities include:
Gallery Exhibitions and Special Events
Help with planning, marketing, and execution of art programming and events show openings, closing, and special events.
On-site coordination, on-site artist liaison, and host for receptions and talks
Liaison between Aimco and InLiquid for installation of permanent and rotating exhibits
Outreach and Education
Aid residents and visitors in understanding and appreciating the collection by leading both private and public tours and creating informational pamphlets.
On-site coordinator for art programming for residents and the public. Art programming includes artist lead workshops, artist talks, and figure drawing classes, as developed by InLiquid
Generate excitement among residents for ongoing art programming through marketing and developing individual relationships
Notification of upcoming events at Park Towne to residents in collaboration with the on-site Aimco staff.
Partnerships
Assist in coordinating opportunities for residents to experience ongoing art and cultural events with Parkway Museums, InLiquid, and other Philadelphia organizations
Explore opportunities for cross-marketing, with the support of Aimco and InLiquid
Create a calendar of events to aid in communicating opportunities to residents of upcoming experiences at local institutions
Public Relations
Work with Aimco’s Communications Department and InLiquid to market Park Towne events to the public
Work with InLiquid and Aimco’s Communications on social media opportunities through InLiquid’s extensive network and Aimco’s social media outlets
Ensure all marketing materials are updated, coordinated and approved
Management/Maintenance
Manage artist relationships with support and supervision of InLiquid
Maintain the InLiquid art and member database
Maintain proper gallery information and documentation of artists and artwork
Coordinate collection maintenance and cleaning directly with the designated vendor (to be invoiced separately) in collaboration with the InLiquid exhibition manager.
