Part of Arts in Action, Performances in Public Spaces activates Philadelphia’s parks and plazas from May through October of each year. The series encourages and inspires community connectivity in and with the city’s neighborhoods by providing access to FREE quality arts and cultural experiences that highlight the city’s outdoors spaces.

Past performances have included concerts, theatrical productions, circus arts, film screenings, dance, and more. Browse past performances here.

Sculptor Morgan Dummitt was born and raised in Manhattan, where he began studying the figure in 2005 at the Art Students League of New York. In 2013 he earned a certificate in sculpture from the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts and a Bachelor's of the Fine Arts from the University of Pennsylvania.
