Under the supervision of Fleisher’s Operations Manager, the Registrar is a data-management position responsible for collecting detailed information and providing insightful reporting on registrations and attendance for Fleisher’s educational programming and events. You will coordinate operational details to ensure that delivery of Fleisher’s educational programs are of the highest quality, consistent with the goals and objectives outlined in Fleisher’s strategic plan.

You will be a main point of contact in ensuring the needs of students and visitors are met with professionalism, efficiency, and grace. You will support the Operations Manager in supervising a team of frontline staff and volunteers providing customer service and data entry, ensuring they provide Fleisher’s students and visitors an incomparable first and lasting impression. You will have a well-informed, working knowledge of the activities and services available at Fleisher, and serve as an advocate for the visitor while promoting a safe, secure, and welcoming campus.

The Registrar position requires a highly organized person with strong communication skills, financial acumen, and excellent attention to detail. The ideal candidate must have flexible hours. Generally, hours are 8:30-4:30 during weekdays and 8-4 on Saturdays when classes are in session, with flexibility to accommodate key times for registration and end-of-term surveys. If preferred, an option of evening hours is possible. During non-school hours between terms, hours are flexible.
