Speer Gallery Call for Entry at Shipley School

Speer Gallery Call for Entry at Shipley School

deadline: Sunday, February 20, 2022

This is an open call for a solo exhibit in the Shipley Speer Gallery.

The Shipley Speer Gallery houses rotating exhibitions by professional artists throughout the school year. Each exhibit is carefully curated by our Gallery Coordinators, working closely with the Fine Arts Program, to seek out inspiring and unique artists from the Philadelphia region and beyond. In so doing, The gallery exposes our students to wider cultural currents and encourages them to appreciate and explore the world of fine art up close and personal.

All artists are encouraged to apply. Artists selected for solo exhibits must be able to deliver, install, and de-install their own work. Exhibits run for approximately six weeks. We are currently scheduling exhibits for 2022 through the end of 2023.
