Studio space available –

This Deadline Expired: Monday, May 25, 2020

Looking for a new studiomate for June 1st.
The studio is 400sqft and is subdivided by a floor to ceiling wall and door. Old factory in port Richmond/Kensington. It has very tall ceilings, two large windows, and wood floors. The space is heated by steam heat in the cold months, and there are two large fluorescent fixtures on the ceiling, electrical outlets, and access to a shared bathroom with a deep sink.

Building is shared with mostly artists and art businesses. Keypad access to the main entrances and stairway entrances to each floor are locked by default. There is a large loading dock, a passenger, and a freight elevator that are always available. Plenty of free street parking and a lot across the street.

Base rent is 225 per side, utilities and taxes are generally an additional 50-70, sometimes more in the colder months. Property owners will do a basic background check and ask for a security deposit of 225.

Any and all disciplines and inquires welcome. Please email vstrijkan@gmail.com for more information.
