Visionary Art Collective Revelations Virtual Exhibition
This Deadline Expired: Friday, August 5, 2022
Visionary Art Collective© is a Brooklyn-based art & education platform. Their mission is to connect contemporary art with education through virtual exhibitions, weekly interviews, educational resources, workshops, and magazine features.
Revelations is a virtual exhibition centered around the epiphanies we experience through the creative process. Art is incredibly powerful in its ability to show us more about ourselves and provide us with a deeper understanding of who we are on a fundamental human level. The question guiding this exhibit is: what revelations have you experienced while engaging in the creative process, and how have these epiphanies strengthened your sense of self and connection to the world around you? In this exhibition, the Collective is seeking work that reflects the personal revelations that you have experienced through your artistry.
Selected work from this exhibition will be included in their print magazine, New Visionary, which is available quarterly.
Eligibility: This opportunity is open to artists of all backgrounds and experience levels. They accept submissions from artists around the world as they are an online art platform. Must be 18+ to submit.
All 2D & 3D mediums are accepted, including painting, drawing, photography, digital, prints, fiber art, collage, mixed media, sculpture, ceramics, and installation art. Film or video are not accepted at this time.
