Wayne Art Center – 2019 Regional Juried Spring Open

Open to legal residents of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Delaware, Maryland, and Washington, DC, Wayne Art Center’s Juried Regional Spring Open invites eligible artists to submit up to four pieces of original artwork in painting, drawing, printmaking, mixed media, ceramics, sculpture, stained glass, jewelry or fiber.

Stuart Shils: Juror
Stuart Shils studied at the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts under Seymour Remnick and Arthur De Costa. He was the recipient of a Pollock-Krasner Foundation Grant, a National Endowment for the Arts Fellowship, and an Academy Award in Art from the Amercan Academy of Arts and Letters in New York. Mr. Shils has been the subject of solo exhibitions at Tibor de Nagy Gallery, David and Langdale, and Steven Harvey Fine Art Projects in New York. Shils lives and works in Philadelphia, PA.
