BlackStar Film Festival is an annual celebration of the visual and storytelling traditions of the African diaspora and of global communities of color, showcasing films by Black, Brown, and Indigenous people from around the world. The 2024 BlackStar Film Festival will take place from August 1-4, 2024 on Broad Street in Philadelphia as well as online around the world. There will be screenings, panels, parties, and other events.
