The InLiquid Gallery is the physical expression of InLiquid’s mission as a hub for visual art in Philadelphia. As a non-profit providing opportunities and a platform for enhanced exposure for local artists, The Gallery is the first permanent space that offers rotating curation of our artist members’ work. The Gallery aims to provide the local and visiting public with a social destination where artwork can be seen, enjoyed, experienced, and purchased.

New Now VII

Since 1999, InLiquid has connected artists and audiences in Philadelphia and the surrounding region. In the seventh installment of our new member showcase, New Now VII, 23 artists of diverse mediums, inspirations, and histories, come together in the InLiquid Gallery. Though distinct, they are linked by the local community and a shared interest in the human experience.

Many of the themes in the exhibition reflect our shared cultural zeitgeist, with artwork exploring ecological consciousness, consumerism, mental health, and digital reality. Through a wide variety of mediums and creative processes, including stained glass, metal machining, miniature making, painting, and assemblage, the 23 artists of New Now VII don’t shy away from any facet of the contemporary human experience, portraying the beauty of our world and provoking its anxieties and frustrations.
