Chance Encounter Closing Reception @ Park Towne Place
Please join us for light refreshments and hors d’oeuvres on Tuesday, August 13th from 6 – 8pm for the closing reception of Chance Encounter, the current rotational exhibit organized by InLiquid at Park Towne Place Museum District Residences. The event is your last opportunity to enjoy the art works that have been on display in] the North, South, and West galleries.
Chance Encounter features a group of artists whose work embodies a spirit of spontaneity. The art presents unusual ready-made materials and forms, including transformations of paper pinwheels, broken glass, and wooden ladders into wholly new creations that transcend their original meaning. Artists Megan T. Biddle, Keith R. Breitfeller, Annette Cords, Peter Cunicelli, Kevin B. Huang, Jacque Liu, Jacque Liu and Sarah Kate Burgess, Rick Salafia,and Diane Szczepaniak each find unique ways to manipulate light, form, and color to inspire small moments of wonder.
We suggest using a ride share service, taxi or public transportation, but if you require parking we recommend Patriot Parking Garage at 139 North 23rd street.
